Business InformationPayment policy
I prefer PayPal mainly because of the convenience. I have the ability to accept credit cards, but its not completely set up yet. If someone wants to pay with a check or money order, that is fine, but I would like them to contact me first, because it will slow things down a bit.
Shipping information
I prefer shipping priority mail when possible. Costs a little more, but worth it.
Return policy
I will return any defective product, or anything that was not what you expected. I list everything as thoroghly and honestly as possible. But if you are not satisfied, e-mail me, and we will get it resolved. Then we will leave mutual positive feedback for each other. I believe in working things out instead of leaving negative feedback so it is a positive experience for both parties.

The Ashley Candle Company-ashleyco.
I have owned and operated this Company since 1999. It took 3 years of research to develop what I (and many of my customers) believe to be an exceptional product. It is an all natural soy base with a cotton core wick. It is clean burning and leaves minimal to no residue. I also market under the names, North Woods Candle Co., Up North Soy Candle Co., Country Goods Candles, The Feng Shui Candle Company and Open Road Candle Collection. Many of these are specific to a retailer.
How it got its name
The Ashley Candle Company is the mother company and is named after our black Chow Chow that came up missing while I was developing this company. Her name was Ashley and she was very special. It is our way of remembering her and keeping her in our hearts.
