A few years ago I was a successful Power Seller on eBay, but life, marriage and kids got in the way. I’m back with a new name on a new account and the desire to find ethnic, eccentric and chic goods for you from both sides of the world. I also work as a translator and interpreter of business and pleasure needs for folks in Thailand and the USA.

We only accept PayPal. Invoices will be sent to the winners soon after the end of an auction by Auctiva. Payment is due within 5 days after the end of your auction. Your item will be shipped within 24 hours upon notification from PayPal that your payment has been received.

We ship worldwide normally via registered Thai Airmail which should arrive within 7-14 days, though some items may be shipped from the USA. We are not responsible for, and do not include in our rates, any custom fees that may be charged by the destination country. Insurance is not included, but you may purchase shipping insurance at an addition cost of $1.70 for items valued less than $50.00 through Auctiva. Express delivery is also available through Thailand Postal Service or UPS with additional shipping costs. Contact us for a quote on your item(s). Combined shipping is available for multiple auction items won within the same week. Please contact us before making your payment. You can pick up your goods in person! It may be a little pricey unless you live next door in Laos, but schedule some excellent and inexpensive Thai dental work and you'll pay for your trip to the Land of Smiles in paradise!

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at asiamazementonline@gmail.com before returning your item(s). We gladly accept authorized returns for a refund within 7 days after buyer's receipt of the purchased item(s). Any non-authorized return shipments will be refused...sorry. The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and perhaps have a delicious homemade chocolate chip cookie in the package. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Refund of the original amount less shipping, handling and insurance will be issued within 3 business days after seller has received returned item(s).
