All of our products are genuine, authentic and original. Our products are brand new in packaging or with tags unless otherwise listed as we do offer pre-loved items especially the rare vintage items. Contact MUST be made within 3 days of the auction ending. Payment MUST be received within 5 days of the auction ending otherwise item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion and negative feedback given. Payment is due at end of auction. You will be notified via email as soon as your payment has been processed. Payment Method for Australian Buyers: Direct Deposit, Money Orders or Bank Cheque, PayPal. Overseas Buyer: PayPal only.

Buyer pays for Postage and Handling. All deliveries are handled by Australia Post Service. Parcel will be sent by Regular post UNLESS buyer email and pay for Registered delivery. We recommend buyer select registered post for peace of mind of both parties. Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery, however, most deliveries arrive much sooner. Please contact us after 7 days if item not received and we will assist you in this regard promptly. Please ensure your address is up to date on the eBay page, as this is where your Item will be sent.

All packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. We do not provide REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Returns are accepted only in case legitimate mistake by us, items must be recieved within 14 days of end of sale. Exchange can only be negotiated depends on the stock (i.e. size or colour) but strictly not LINGERIE due to personal hygiene reason. If returns or exchange is available, it must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition & all original packaging, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
