I pack my stuff good in expensive material - for YOU, my buyer, all the profit - from the sale, not shipping...

ALL ITEMS - talk to me!!! if we find a solution - some refund is yours, just people - one thing - behave yourself, even we do not know each other, doesn't mean we have to be rude and try to cheat on each other.... BUT I DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING&HANDLING - this is my time, money and it is fair..... and I do not return shipping back - I refund only price of the item and sometimes (!) shipping the item back (depends - ask me) - when I get it back. JEWELRY - I do not except any returns - not an item, not shipping. I expect to recieve the payment in 3 days, after that - I report to ebay. CD - I check unsealed CDs myself - in a car and at home, so I do not except returns of unsealed CDs. Sealed CDs I am not responsible for manufacturers mistakes if it doesn't play - I cannot check SEALED CD!!! So, I do not except returns and refunds on sealed CDs. Same with DVDs - unsealed - I check it, before I send it, so no returns and no refunds, SEALED DVDs depends, but in most cases - no refund/return
