I'll often run off during the day to catch a movie or show or exhibit like Fashion at the Armory or Antiques at the Pier Shows...I ADORE NYC...I love that I know every shop-keeper with a 4-block radius. I love giving directions to tourists from all over the world and nodding to neighbors of 30 years as I stroll...I'll often take a walk late at night, after the 'bridge & tunnel' traffic is gone...You can feel the history beneath your feet as your eyes take in shop windows with the art & designs often not yet seen...There's no where in the world I'd rather be...except sitting on a big rock by my stream in the country...Life is good...can't complain.

Men in Black...All About Eve...Anything with comedy, dinosaurs, sci-fi, draaaama....

Right now the rage is 'lighter' pieces: links, hoops and many, many classic pearls of all colors (gray, champagne, PINK(very hot!), Steel Green etc. ...Also, the ever popular tortoise shell look is in a HUGE upswing...anything with animal prints is VERY VERY hot - always! ...And we're talking your seasonal displays, everything in pinks, peridots, aquas, pale yellows and lavendars...Think 'light, cool, happy'...And you can always watch your newscast to let you know what 'they' are wearing...Watch the ladies!...All links, hoops, beaded ropes/sautoirs...PENDANTS are very popular this season, but don't overload...And BIG HUGE BRACELETS...verrry hot!...Again, anything with dangly stuff!

I began as a child; seemed like a good idea at the time...I've ALWAYS been a collector of 'something'....My hobby was always selling 'stuff' to local dealers or fleas...In my 20s, I became a secretary, married, had a child, divorced, sold computer security (when no when knew what I was talking about), became an art broker, then computer geek & designer. My hobby of collecting vintage everything started me in providing local dealers in NYC with services they needed, among them was merchandise and design services...Then I began selling on ebay and it has basically taken over my life. And now I'm branching out once again online...I'll keep you posted!
