I'm a fan of a variety music types. But I really love The Isaacs because their vocals and lyrics are fantastic, not only are the words relevant they are written in such a way that you fall in love with the music.

Please include your phone number during checkout so that we can include it, when required on shipping documents. Some delays, especially when shipping internationally, could be avoided with a contact number in the documentation.

We will be happy to combine orders to save on shipping. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your item.

We attempt to describe our items fully through words and pictures. If you do not feel that the description matches the item you received we will be happy to refund your purchase price. You must notify us via e-mail within 3 days of your receipt of the item with your concern and get pre-approval before returning the item. If you just decide you don't want the item you may return it less a 15% restocking fee and the shipping and handling - so please bid / buy with care.

If we haven't answered all of your questions in our description, please e-mail us prior to the end of the auction with enough time for a reply. We are more than happy to answer and will use your questions to help build a FAQs page or to improve our listings for everyone. We cannot tell you whether our items come from a smoke-free or pet-free home as we buy them through many sources and shopping excursions. We can tell you that we don't want items that smell like smoke in our house, so we won't ship them to you!! We have billions of items from our shopping excursions and overzealous auction visits so if you don't see a billion items in our store we will still be listing more, almost daily.
