I ship on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, & FRIDAYS ONLY unless you contact me and really need something asap. I ship first class mail for the free shipping and if you'd like insurance or tracking you can purchase it at the end of the auction. The Post Office DOES charge for these things. I do keep all PO receipts for your insurance and mine so please contact me if ever a problem and we can see if we can resolve it. I take pride in my packaging but cannot control what happens to your item after it leaves my hands (i.e. lost, damaged, ship time, etc.), so I STRONGLY urge you to purchase the optional insurance. Most items are bubble wrapped carefully and then wrapped in tissue and will come to you in a manilla envelope. I do personally drop of items at the Main PO in Grand Rapids, MI and Zeeland, MI. If you ever have a post office Q let me know and I can ask them at the PO. Most 1st class is 2-5 business days transit time. Don't bid if you have a problem w/my shipping. Thanks! Athenah

Some items can be returned, even if it says no returns. If I have somehow misrepresented that item or there is a problem check with me and most times we can work something out:)
