i almost always use first class or priority mail. Once in a while I'll ship media mail for, well, media. I have no problem shipping internationally and certainly love to ship to Canada.

I try to sell only items I would be happy to give to my family or friends. If something I sell displeases a buyer, we can talk about it and if it cannot be remedied, I will refund the purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and I use PayPal only to reimburse the purchase price once the item is received.
