Attractive Accents was established as a presence online in July 2008 at AttractiveAccents.com, and we joined Ebay in August of the same year. We are currently working on opening a permanent Ebay store in addition to the auctions we list. We strive to bring unique, colorful, fun products to our customers at the lowest prices possible. We find that magnets are useful for many reasons - they are versatile, durable, and many find them to be therapeutic. Magnetic jewelry is a good substitute for other forms of magnetic therapy because it is attractive as well as practical. We also sell jewelry with traditional clasps, but most of our designs (aside from earrings) do include magnets in them. We're always looking for new and interesting beads to create new and unique designs. We love feedback and suggestions! We also do jewelry commissions - guaranteed to be Uniquely You.

Currently, in order to expedite shipping and handling, we only accept PayPal. Purchases can be made from our website with PayPal, any major credit card, Google Checkout, or personal checks. When we open our Ebay store we plan on expanding our Ebay payment options to include personal checks (though be aware that purchases will not be shipping until payment is received and cleared).

We use the United States Postal Service's First Class mail service for most of our shipments. The USPS is reliable and relatively fast for the price - we have never had any complaints with them so far. For very large orders, we will usually upgrade to priority mail at no extra charge, though of course this is not guaranteed. :) If you do not receive your package within the time frame given, please allow a few extra days before reporting a missing shipment, as occasional holiday or weather interruptions can cause slowdowns in the mail.

For most items, we offer a 30-day return allowance. Exceptions will be listed in individual item descriptions. For all jewelry items sold by Attractive Accents, we do also offer a lifetime repairs guarantee - you only pay shipping, and we will repair your jewelry for free. Please include a copy of the original invoice with any returns or repairs.
