I have been selling on eBay since mid-2006. I started selling anything I could find around the house. Then, I started going to closeout stores and going out of business sells. Now I am starting to order products from all over the world.

Paypal is my prefered method and usually the only form of payment I accept. I do sometimes accept money orders from members with good feedback, but you must contact me first. I do not accept checks.

Most all of my shipping is through USPS. I prefer to ship priority mail on most smaller packages.

On must auctions, All sales are final. This, however does not include an item that I misrepresented in the auction description. If you have a problem with an item you purchased please contact me immediately so we can straighten everything out quickly. Each situation is different and will be handled accordingly. I do want every customer to be happy so I will work with you on any problems you may have.

All questions, concerns or commments should be sent via email. I will do everything I can to respond within 8-12 hours.

I feel that when just starting out, profit margins should be secondary. In order to run a successful business, you need repeat customers. In order to gain repeat customers, they need to be more than just satisfied with their buying experience. My intentions in the beginning are to pay less attention to profit margins and more attention to my customers' needs. If this means taking a loss, so be it. I look at it like this: Any profits made in business need to be put back in to help that business grow. I will be putting my early profits towards faster shipping methods, a little extra cushion for the items that are shipped and some free gifts to my customers to show my appriciation. I will not sacrifice customer satisfaction under any circumstances! I learned early on in life, you have to take care of the people that take care of you!

One thing that I need your help on is feedback, but not just in the forum. If there is anything that you really liked or disliked about the whole buying experience, please let me know. I want to know what you think about the entire transaction from beginning to end. This will help make your buying experience (and others') better and more enjoyable in the future. I am open for ALL suggestions and I sincerly hope you will take the time to send them!
