Listed for a really great price + $0 shipping then almost instantly cancels my order with, "We have just informed by our courier, they said that they can't send the item to your address, they have no service in that area now," (see attached photo).
Have seen this same excuse reported in negative feedback from other potential buyers. Appears to be a pattern with this seller. eBay should investigate & ban scammers like this.
I accepted & received an immediate refund. Waste of time.

I received the items and they were well packaged and exactly as described. The reason I'm giving a negative review is because his add said you could make an offer which I did and his counter offer was two cents cheaper than his original price. If he doesn't want to negotiate then he should remove "accept offers" from his add.
