I know when I buy an item on Ebay, I look so forward to receiving it! With that in mind, I try to do the same for my customers. I will get your item shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of your cleared payment! Usually it will ship sooner but it will never ever take longer then 2 days! Whenever possible, I'm always happy to ship internationally! Combined shipping? OF COURSE! All I ask of you is that when an auction ends, if you have your eye on something else, just let me know - communicate! I will be happy to combine shipping of items ending within 7 days of each other!

I want you to be happy with your item. If you aren't, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. Unless I've stated otherwise in the listing, I will refund your hard earned money, including any shipping costs. And at Auntie Em's you will never be charged a restocking fee or any of that nonsense! I recommend insurance! Some of the vintage items I sell are not only delicate, but irreplaceable and insurance will help protect you in the event something gets damaged in shipping. I try to use a lot of styrofoam and bubble wrap to prevent any mishaps, but you can never be to safe!

If you purchase more then 1 item, I will gladly combine shipping for all items bid on/purchased within 7 days of each other. As a new seller, I'm not always the best judge of weight. I do weigh the item when I list it, but at times, the packing materials will add more or less weight that I anticipated. If this happens and I find you've been overcharged by more then $1, I will happily refund the difference - either to your PayPal account - or right in your shipment! I'll make that decision based on how you made payment to me. Customer satisfaction is my priority - excessive shipping charges are NOT!
