Yellow Bike Project (YBP) 501c(3) is a volunteer-powered initiative to put bicycles on the streets of Austin and Central Texas by operating community bike shops, teaching bike mechanics and maintenance, and acting as a local bike advocacy group.

Yellow Bike Project (YBP) was started in 1997 and we are a 501c(3) non-profit bicycle recycling and education facility. YBP is located at 1216 Webberville Road in Austin, Texas, and is an educational facility open to anyone who wants to learn about fixing and riding bikes.
Our mission is to reuse bicycles and to provide tools, workspace, and guidance for all. Your support helps us achieve our mission and uplift our community.
