Seller is amazing - excellent communication and shipped fast !(unfortunately, usps stalled the package for FOURTEEN (14) days .. no Seller's fault, but i do have to give a low score for shipping time because of usps, sorry.) The pipe had a crack underneath the homemade collar, the seller forgot to include that detail in the description, but the pipe is still smokeable so I will not hold it against the seller...but advise buyers to ask questions first .. otherwise shipping was prompt good price on pipe over all ( minus the crack the pipe would have been perfect

Great price, low shipping cost, sent out quickly and arrived in very good condition: despite being shipped in a large mailing envelope it was bubble-wrapped well. Some parts were off the sprues but that’s to be expected given the kit’s age and everything was still in great shape without scratches. Would purchase from again.

I didn't know the plug wasn't going to be a natural plus figured it would be a 3 prong plus and it's a different style I had to go to home depo to buy a special socket for the plug but I'm not complaining because it works great
