Items that have not been installed may be returned for up to 7 days after receipt. The order will need to be sent back in the original box, packaged the same way you received it, with the RA# written on the package. Returns shipped to ASD without an RA number will be refused! We will not accept any returns if the product was installed or damaged. The product must be returned in resalable condition. Upon inspection you will be refunded the amount of the product, NOT THE SHIPPING COST. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the order being sent back to ASD. You must enclose the copy of your invoice receipt so we can process the return. The refund will then be applied to your Pay-Pal account. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
