After 12 days or messages I finally was able to get this supplier to tell me the truth regarding shipping. The box arrived a week later in terrible condition. The sport bar was scratched in several places, so I had to paint it. Then during the installation we realized we received the wrong year rack and had to modify the mounting brackets. In short, nothing went smoothly with this transaction and all the supplier could say over and over was "Trust us". ...we will not do business again.
