Item showed up in open box condition, not new. Also showed up in different, outdated looking, retail packaging than pictured as well which makes me unsure if its a legit Baer product or not. Installed em anyways so I'm hoping for the best now. After purchase they emailed me asking for my feedback on the products and I brought up my concerns and never received a response. Seller advertised the shipping as 9.99 and then seller says I have to pay an additional 79.00 dollars. Then seller doesn't wait for my reply being that I was so busy and could not answer my emails within 3 days. So seller issues me a refund. And doesn't let me pay for the extra 79.00 for shipping because I really needed that part for my car to run. So now I have to make another order for the part and wait longer for my car to fix.
