We have been selling on eBay since June 2002 with great success. Our headsets are shipped out of our warehouse in North Carolina, and our jewelry and handbags ship out of our warehouse in Florida. For our business-to-business, customers and quantity discounts, we ask that you contact us at info@avantehandsfree.com. Plantronics headsets are only shipped within the United States, however, we do ship our jewelry and hand bags all over the world. We care very much about quality control and do our best to offer our customers great products at a great price.

Shipping information
Our Plantronics headsets ship via UPS ground from our facility in North Carolina with express shipping available. Our ladies handbags and jewelry ship USPS, FedEx or UPS from our Florida facility. Express shipping is also available.
Return policy
If a return is necessary, please contact us before returning your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt in original packaging with all tags, manuals, etc that came with the item. We offer replacements or refunds per the customer's request.
