AN OPEN LETTER TO OUR CUSTOMERS CONCERNING THE SLANDER seller pokersuppliesltdcomp IS RUNNING ON HIS POKER CLOTH LISTINGS AGAINST TERRYS LOFT. This seller i beleive is mentally unstable. He has made repeated telephone calls to me in the middle of the night plus sent threatening & harrassing emails to me. He does not want competition from any other seller of Hi def poker cloth as he sells for Aprox $10.00 per linier foot & we sell a linier yard for $12.24. That makes his price $30.00 per linier yard. He has made claims that he had exclusive rights to sell hi def cloth, yet he could not produces any papers or patent to back up his claims. He is now starting a smear campaign on his listings against Terrys Loft. He has pirated photos off my listings & claims to have a sample from me of our hi def cloth. We have never sold him any hi def cloth. We have been contacted by a few other sellers of Hi def cloth and he has done the same to them. Try running pokersuppliesltdcomp on google & see

I've had my own business for the 35 years.We just got into selling on ebay for the last 2.5 years. We started out just selling off the collectables,art,gemstones etc that i have collected in the past 20 years. But at customer request for new and different items we subsribed to a drop shipping program. This gave me the opportunity to bring hundreds of new & unique items to our store. So far it has been a big hit with our customers. As drop shipping keeps our costs down, i can pass the savings to our customers. We normally sell these new products at only 10 % over our cost, to give great deals. Occasionally you may find an item cheaper elsewear due to that seller maybe getting a speacial deal from their supplier. We do strive rto give top notch customers service before and after the sale.

We accept money orders, paypal and credit cards & checks through paypal. Also cash if picking up the item at our location.

We try & get the cheapest shipper for our customers. So we check prices & use Fedex,UPS and USPS on all our in stock inventory. We also will reship a product for just additional postage, should our factory drop shippers not ship to your location. Many of the factories will not ship outside the continental US. So our free reship program gives you a way to buy the product even if you live outside the continental US.

Our return policy on all our stock items is returns accepted if shipped damaged or not as desribed for 30 days. You have 14 days from delivery date on average for most factory direct shipped items, a few are different. All factory direct shipped items have their individual return policy listed on ad.Check them before you buy.
