Lets just say this hasn't been an easy road. I started off my company with only the knowledge to sew & thought it would be a great idea to hand-sew baby clothes. I invested a lot of money only to realize there was HUGE competition with sweatshops that can sell for dirt cheap. The cost of materials was too high to sell that cheap...& that's what I'm all about...getting the customers a good deal. So I took the loss and moved over to lingerie, then electronics. Now I am doing what's known as drop shipping. Granted I can't put all my personal touches like I used to, but I try to make up for it with good communication. I keep my interest alive by changing up my product specialties on a monthly basis. I love what I do now. Please let me know if you have any ideas for products or special interests. Due to safety reasons for both parties, I only accept paypal. This means that you have to be a certified paypal user with your payment & shipping information already verified by paypal. Since I now use drop shipping, shipping times are dependent on the service provider. They typically ship using USPS Priority Mail and deliver within 3-7 business days, and less than 2 weeks for international customers. You will notice I have NO RETURNS on all my listings. That is not technically true, it just makes things less bothersome for you, the customer. Drop shipping can be tricky. Each company has all these horrible by-laws that make the return-policy less than perfect. Most charge a 20% re-stocking fee & make you pay for return shipping. Personally, I think that is a waste of money & even though there are returns...you are at a loss. So for that reason I'd prefer no refunds. But if you would really like to exchange I provide a 7-day (+/- about 80% + return shipping) money-back guarantee starting from day received.
