I love to collect old well loved dolls, you know the ones people throw away because they are dirty, torn,or missing thier clothing. Cleaning, mending and dressing them is a labor of love.
Payment policy
Payment: 1) I accept payment via Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's check.
2) I prefer payment via Paypal.
3) Buyer must notify me within 3 days of sale with address and method of payment.
Shipping information
Shipping: 1) I ship to the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Japan. Any shipping quote stated is for the continental United States Only (lower 48), everyone else should e-mail me with your zip/country code for specific shipping costs if you are having difficulty with the ebay shipping system.
2 I ship USPS Priority or USPS Other, unless arrangements have been made.
3) Insurance and delivery confirmation (tracking number) is buyers responsibility to purchase.
4)Shipping discounts offered for multiple purchases shipped to the same address, on the same day, and in the same box.
Delivery: 1) Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
2) I will e-mail you to confirm that your package has been sent.
3) I try to ship 1-2 days a week Monday - Friday.
Return policy
Refunds and Returns: 1) Returns: Accepted if item is Not as described, and returned in same condition as sent. Item Must be postmarked within 3 business days of receipt, buyer pays return postage with return receipt requested; unless other arrangements have been made.
2) Unless specified, all items are used, second-hand, or antique. I do not sell on approval. If you are unsure of any information provided or require additional information, please email me Prior to Bidding.
3) Should there be a problem do not just mail it back. Item will not be accepted without prior notification AND approval via email.
4) If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify me within 3 days. If your package is insured please contact the carrier first.
5) I am not responsible for uninsured packages.
