I did buy a complete RAM user guide set. Only problem was that the package was missing the most important piece, the user guide. In the picture of the item page there was a user guide but I didn't receive it. I opened a return case but seller said that it need to be closed so they can send the missing user guide. I closed the case but I didn't receive the user guide and didn't get a refund. Seller doesn't answer to messages. Complete scam. I don't recommend this seller.
