Sometimes you get to leave a positive review even though things don't go to plan. Pricing on this item was more than fair, shipping was prompt and well-packed against damage. But, in this case, the teapot still ended up being shattered in transit and arrived in pieces. However, after contacting the seller, the refund process was set into motion and I was refunded the full amount including shipping. For that, this seller deserves 5 stars and a top recommendation.
