When he didn't ship the item I questioned the seller and he or she said that they were not receiving the item at that time and gave me a refund. But I noticed that the seller had the same item listed on Ebay at a much higher price. So I don't know what is going on. The purchase price was refunded so I didn't loose anything except the time spent waiting on an item I wanted that was never shipped.

When I received the kit the instructions/pattern was missing. I contacted the seller and was told the instructions should be with the kit and offered me a 35% refund. I stated that if they were not going to send the instructions that I wanted a 100% as I did nothing wrong, THEY were the ones that sent an incomplete kit. I believe this company is a SCAM. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

Seller described item in his lot as a mention sensor light. He sent a regular night light. I complained that his description was not what was received. He acknowledged item was not a motion sensor light and was merely a night light and just wanted to refund 40% of purchase amount. I refused because I wanted a motion sensor. Seller did not want to refund. So I had to get ebay involved for the refund that was received immediately. - and not to mention his very long time to mail the item.
