When my mother died too young of Ovarian Cancer I felt an overwhelming need to preserve every scrap of existance. I started antiquing and found all these precious bits of people lives rotting in boxes or sold awayin lots to be cherry picked and discarded. I Love finding places among collectors where these bits of our history can be preserved, enjoyed and respected for the lives they were part of. I believe they carry forward the emotion and energy they witness. The business end has ben a blessing as I have a chronic illness so a 9-5 has never been an option for me. I have discovered sucess and some independance through my antique endevor. My heart is in what I do 100% and over and above profit I truly want people to love what they buy from me. When I uncover a baby picture or a tattered wedding gown and find it a place to carry on it's story it is like holding my mother's hand again, just for a minute.
