Return policy
All items are sold as described and non-returnable UNLESS item is not received as ordered (e.g. wrong color, wrong name, missing a letter) Items should be insured as I will not accept responsibility for item once it's shipped. Also, jewelry is made with care and attention to detail, extra precautions taken to prevent breakage. I can't accept responsibility if an item breaks as there is no way for me to determine if it's been damaged to mishandling (E.G. If a bracelet breaks, I can't know if it broke due to it catching onto the handle of something and pulling pressure caused breakage. I use 49 strand wire, and hypo cement on crimp beads to prevent breakage. A bracelet can catch onto a door handle while it is closing and the 'pull' onto the bracelet, if enough lbs of pressure have been applied, can and indeed will break. An analogy would be, if 49 strands has a breakage point of 18 lbs of pressure, consider that it only takes 9 lbs of pressure to pull a Glock Gun trigger!
