After being in business for 7 years doing event décor I realized that our ability to provide customers with unusual and hard to find product was something that could go way beyond just the Metropolitan Phoenix area. So, in 1994, we began our first online experience selling balloons of all types on eBay. It didn’t take long for us to see that there were many people that were looking for more than they could find in their local party store. So we expanded to our first online store. Now, we are excited to open our 3rd online store and will continue to sell high quality, unique and hard to find balloons along with do-it-yourself kits. We will also be expanding the product line and adding more items soon. If you don’t see what you are looking for please email us or call us so that we can try to get it for you. Payment policy
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal but we also accept credit cards direct by calling our office at 480-367-9627. The credit cards we accept are VISA, MasterCard & American Express. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please allow approximately 10 days for personal checks to clear my bank account and keep in mind that your shipment will not ship until then. All other forms of payment ship on our next shipping day. We typically ship on Wednesdays and Saturday.
Shipping information
If you want to receive a discount on your shipping and handling of multiple items you MUST pay for items together. We typically ship on Wednesday's and Saturdays. Please keep that in mind when making your shipping choices. First Class & Parcel Post shipping and handling typically takes 3-7 days but can take longer. Priority shipping and handling typically takes 2-3 days but can take longer. International packages have been known to take 7-14 days to reach their destination because of having to clear Customs. Once a package leaves our hands the timing of the delivery is up to the USPS. Shipping and handling costs are never refundable (unless of course we made the mistake).
Return policy
Our goal is to make your event EXTRAORDINARY! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please email or call us if you are not fully satisfied. Do not just ship a package back without first emailing or calling us. We need to know to watch out for your package so that you can get proper credit. Your satisfaction is our goal!
