We accept Pay Pal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express-please email/call with questions.) Although Gifts2Go as a business accepts Money Orders/Cashier's Checks/Personal Checks - as per eBay policy we cannot accept them for eBay auctions. Please let us know ASAP if you plan to pay with anything other than Pay Pal to prevent confusion and shipping delays. We will ship internationally. (Some exceptions may apply – please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping cost!) Please be aware that international shipping costs and times may sometimes be prohibitive. We ship to Canada!

I ship via UPS generally within 72 hours after payment clears. Packages generally arrive within 7 to 10 business (working) days. I email every customer a tracking number so they can check the status any time they wish. Please note that some of our bulk & wholesale items may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We reserve the right to ship items via USPS, UPS, FedEx to insure speedy and safe delivery. We do offer shipping quotes and are willing to combine purchases when possible.

We require insurance be purchased for all products shipped within the US and internationally. We highly recommend that insurance always be purchased for the small extra fee. We only ship quality items. Once we ship items - they are out of our hands and we don't have control over what happens to them. If insurance is purchased, we will refund or replace (if item is available) any broken or damaged product in full. Discount products will require buyer to use Postal Service Refunds. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping. We require the item back with all the original packaging within 7 days, you must contact us within 3 days to let us know your intentions.
