I have enjoyed my Ebay experience. I have had many wonderful purchases of one of a kind items and some great deals. It is 99% a great experience and unfortunately a couple of frauds I have had to deal with. Ebay is great let's make it better.

I sell VERY little on Ebay. Only personal owned items that I no longer need for what ever reason. New buyers should read Ebay's buyer rules before bidding. If you are new, it is the buyers responsability to know all of Ebay's rules and guidlines. Why does a person bid on an item and not pay? Why would you bid on an item and not want your new purchase as soon as possible and not pay for it as soon as possible? When I buy an item I pay as soon as is possible, to get my new item quickly

Ebay is a GREAT place to shop. You search for what you want. Use a broad search and look through things you never even knew they made, or that you owned once as a kid. Then wait, buy the item and in a few days, it is delivered to you. Watch the sellers feedback for problems, and check shipping charges and add those into the price you are willing to pay. I am tired of buyers and sellers who don't honor the contract. You offer something for sale for .99 I buy it for .99 SEND IT TO ME, NO EXCUSES. I offer something for sale, you buy it, send me the money promptly to get your paid for item. If you bought it, why don't you want it? Ebay needs to get these fraudulant sellers off NOW. Why do you offer something for sale then say no I won't send it to you! Then you don't expect at minimum negative feedback or an unpaid item strike!!! You should be prosecuted fro FRAUD!!!!!!

LONG LONG LONG I will and do hold sellers and buyers to their contract to send me the exact item as advertised and to pay promptly for the exact item you bid and won. If this doesn't occur, I will and do use ever legal means to my availability to remedy the situation. NO holding back for lame excuses

Paypal is the only way to go Paypal is slow on refund of money so always go to Visa and your bank for a full refund and chargeback. DON'T abuse this, use only when defrauded by a seller, this is NOT a cop out and way to get items for free, just to be FULLY compensated for a fraud and to be made WHOLE. Unfortunately you won't be compensated for time, effort, energy or stress.

If an item is not as described on the sales list, be prepared to offer a full refund AND shipping, the SAME amount you charged me, to return the item to you. Advertise the product correctly, and we have no problem

At Walmart, you can go and buy almost anything you want at one stop. here at Ebay you can also. Just be prepared to wait a few days for it is all. I have found I like putting in broad searches and finding things I never knew were made and never knew I had to have for myself and others. I buy almost all my clothes on ebay. I do NOT recommend this for the picky women shoppers as sizes for women vary. For me, not a problem, I wear the same style and have gotten some great inexpensive deals on Ebay, even better than Walmart. Read sellers feedback for problems, note sellers shipping charges,and how long they have been selling. Give the new guys a chance they may be trying to establish a good legitemate sales.

Frauds Liars thieves have no place here and need to move on, Ebay, we want you to be more proactive and remove these frauds after one proven fraud case, and not wait. Ebay is a great place to shop and should not be tarnished by these frauds thieves liars. When you get and item not as described or you don't get item after 21 days. Send a prompt, like IMMEDIATE< polite professional email through Ebay stating the problem. No response send again daily for 3 days. Not a proper response offering a refund or return? Contact Squaretrade, Ebay and Paypal and Visa IMMEDIATELY. Paypal takes too long to return money and bank time may have run. Notify each source of the problem and that you have notifed the other sources. return item COD for the SAME shipping price they charged you, what is good for you is good for them. Be polite professional and don't be afraid to leave negative feedback when warrented. I want to know NOT to deal with the frauds. WE want frauds off ebay not more sales.
