Barbusca Values is a sole proprietership. I strive to keep good communication with my customers and to give them complete satisfaction with their experience. I appreciate your business.

All payments will be accepted through verified PayPal accounts and credit card ONLY. All payments must be made within  four days of auction end unless otherwise specified; the day of counts as day one, regardless of actual ending time. An invoice will be sent on day five, or can be requested at buyers discretion.

At this time I can only accept orders within the Continental U.S.. I cannot accept order to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and in some cases Alaska and Hawaii. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S. will not be accepted. I cannot be resposible for items lost in the mail. Most item take 1-2 business days for processing, however larger items can take as much as 6-9 days for processing. Notices will be sent for items that take longer than 3 days to ship. Most items will have a tracking number; this number will be sent to the buyer of the item. At this time I cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders of different items.

Some books, movies, games, game systems, and consumer electronics are non-refundable. Most electronic items can be returned for repair or exchange for manufacturer defects only. Items returned for full refund will be inspected before refund minus shipping and handling is issued. Some items may include a restocking fee. Please contact me for more information. (Items returned for buyers remorse will not be accepted. Please bid with intent to buy.)

I do my best to provide as accurate information about my products as possible. All descriptions and specifications are provided by my suppliers, however, I do make sure all information is correct before listing. All items are New.

I charge a general California Sales Tax of 8.75%. Laptops and portable DVD players with LCD screens sold to California buyers are subject to an eWaste Recycling Fee.
