Shipping information
Lowest shipping and handling costs possible. Which is a challenge being on the west coast and carrying alot of heavy cast iron product.
Return policy
I give returns on new products that are found flawed. I have found as both a buyer and a seller that shipping back and forth is expensive and that buying the optional insurance is the best and cheapest solution to most problems. Almost all damages are caused by the shipping agent. BUT I do believe in a SATISFIED CUSTOMER. We can always work out a satifactory solution to most any problem.
