Underrated Jeff Burr film...
This film goes way too unnoticed. Jeff Burr takes us on a fairly gruesome excurssion into the the backwoods of Texas. Despite the production problems (noted in the above avg. extras) and the fact that this is the third film in a franchise, Burr does a great job. Solid direction, decent storyline, awesome looking Leatherface! I actually like this film more than the "rebooted" films that have been released recently. Not as flashy or technically savvy, but TCM is not supposed to be. TCM should be rough and tumble! Great extras include commentary, making of, trailer, and cut sequences. Pic quality is good. Kudos to you Jeff Burr! You gave it your all and ended up with a truely underground classic... Sadly, even TCM fans have forgotten this gem. Grade: B+ -Jonnie

Well directed slasher film, Myers is back!
As far as these films go, HALLOWEEN 4 holds its own in character development and direction. The story changes pace from parts 1 and 2 (part 3, while being a fine film, has nothing to do with Myers) but still focuses on the family aspect driving Myers to murder. We find out Myers has been in a coma for all these years and, while in transit to a medium security hospital, "awakens" to the information that his sister is now dead but had a daughter, Myers' niece, and she is alive and well in the town of Haddonfield. The usual slasher antics ensue, however in a more sophisticated, solid manner than your average slasher. Myers rips through cops and teenagers on the way to his niece setting up what has come to be a classic shock ending. A fine horror film that in the end does more than showcase violence but begs the question, " Is evil forever? " If you like the first two, my advice would be to keep going and watch part 4. You won't be upset you did. Again, the ending is worth the watch!

Zombie Classic! No Question!
I will not waste your time here. Read the product description to know what the movie plot is (plot?)....I'll just tell you this, if you've never seen this film, buy it now. Best zombie film ever...? I can't say that it is. What I can say, it's one of my favorite zombie films, no question as to the fact it's a classic! Lucio Fulci is at the hight of his powers here. If you are a fan of all things "zombie" you should've bought this title by now. C-L-A-S-S-I-C ! -Jonnie
