I think that is what sets me apart from the 'casual' ebay seller just cleaning out their attic. I've also been selling on ebay for a decade and I take all of ebay's policies very seriously and expect the same from my buyers and sellers.

I use USPS priority mail 90+% of the time and I include delivery confirmation in the shipping cost. Insurance is optional, but always recommended.

I do not offer returns on any collectable items because I go way out of my way to describe every flaw to the 't' so there is no confusion as to what you are bidding on. I will do returns in rare cases under special circumstances. I pride myself on 100% customer satisfaction, so let me know if there is ever a problem and I will do everything I can to fix it if it was my fault. Honesty is my favorite word and I treat everyone as I wish to be treated. I'd like to reserve the right to an e-mail explaining the problem so I can take action to fix it before anyone hastily resorts to leaving negative feedback.
