I enjoy the hours I spend on Ebay! Every Day ! Always checking on my listings, watchers & buyers. Thanking bidders in advance for their bids before they win. Letting them know I appreciate their bid and hope they win! I ship quickly !

I began with just a few sewing patterns, buttons, etc. I advanced into other items as time has passed however, I mainly sell items of craft like sewing, buttons, patterns, cross stitch, overall things for people to enjoy doing with their spare time.

My passion used to be hot rods and drag racing. Literally I am a motorhead! However since I was injured in 2000, I have had to change my interests and have alot of spare time on my hands due to my injury. I spend hours on Ebay putting in my listings, checking on customers, and follow up.

If I answered this, it would give away my age, ha ha.

Since I care greatly about my customers, I feel that customer service is manditory. Customer satisfaction is a strong point of mine, comes from my retail background. I had a business for 18 years and put 100% into customer satisfaction. BUT, there's always the 1 who is never satisfied.

I mostly worked retail - grocery. I did own my own business for 18 years, based on customer satisfaction. I treat customers like I would want to be treated when making a purchase. A trait I grew up with and when placed into purchases, customers are #1 BUT.....there's always one who complains about something or nothing just to be heard.

I take all forms of Pay Pal payments and I will also agree to a USPS money order for payment IF you contact me first for permission. Don't take checks though, it is just too risky.

I combine my shipping/handling fees on items won on the same day. I ship everything thru USPS usually 1st class mail and for international I will combine orders of 5 or more patterns and will ship international at a flat rate of 12.50. Individual patterns cost less to ship intl. and I charge the basic $3.50 - $5.50 because of the high shipping fees of USPS.

I am confident that what I sell is going to be well recieved. I guarantee my patterns that have been previously -carefully cut- and I believe that is standing behind your items you sell.
