I was a little hesitant to order because I had asked a question regarding the condition but did not get any reply . After reading all the positive reviews about this seller I decided to order without getting my question answered. Boots were listed as used but excellent condition ,I was surprised to see that they were new with tags in the original box , love these boots , fast shipping , great prices would definitely purchase from this seller again

Had ordered a size 12, but received a size 13 in the size 12 packaging/box. I was able to return, but it was frustrating and an inconvenience having my money tired up for three weeks while the boots shipped 1/2 way across the country twice and the return was processed. Pleasant and understanding seller, mistakes happen, just frustrating.
