I try to photograph and describe items accurately, but even the best of us miss something sometimes and therefore if an item is not as described I will offer a full refund within 7 days. Item must be returned and examined for damage incurred after I have shipped to buyer. If it has been damaged after it leaves me then you should have purchased the optional insurance. Once item is received I will refund your purchase and S&H through what ever source it was received.
