New, used, and vintage electric and acoustic guitars, electric bass, amplifiers, rack gear, pre-amps, pedals, effects, and accessories. Project gear like guitar bodies, necks, pickups, hardware, along with individual speakers and other parts. Also occasionally have other string instruments like mandolins and banjos; some stereo gear and vintage stereo component accessories.

PayPal preferred; all forms of payment acceptable. Credit Cards (no AMEX, please) and BankCards fine. Wire transfers, money orders and checks are OK but shipments occur after money has cleared account which could delay shipping. No Western Union.

Shipping will occur within three (3) business days of your purchase and payment. This is a second job that is done in the evenings or free time from my day job. Since this is not my primary occupation, it may take a day or two to prepare and ship your purchase. You will receive a tracking number once shipped via e-mail. You may receive a duplicate e-mail of that number based on which service is used to ship. Special shipping requests are handled on an individual basis, so please ask if you have any special needs. Local pick-up is available upon appointment.

Generally, there are no returns on merchandise as it is used or non-guaranteed items up for sale. Exceptions to this are when items are damaged in shipment, there is a error in the description of an item that changes it value, condition or understanding of agreement to sale. If you need to return an item, you must contact this seller within three days of receiving the item and get authorization. E-mail or calling works best. Once approved, you can ship the item back at your expense and you will receive a refund for the merchandise purchased only. No shipping costs are refunded. Items listed as returnable will have special notes on each sale page on how to return an item.

The best form of contact is e-mail. All questions answered promptly but may take up to 24 hours as this is a secondary occupation and there is time away from monitoring your questions at a day job or with family. We aim to please, so please ask any questions you may have on an item you are looking at and if you need more detail or pictures, please let us know. Pictures require a personal e-mail address as they cannot be sent via eBay messaging.
