Shipping information
I ONLY ship within the Intercontinental 48 US States! NO EXCEPTIONS! So, PLEASE do not ask. I ALWAYS TRY TO COMBINE SHIPPING ANYWHERE POSSIBLY. As a buyer too...I know how much a discount cant make a difference these days. But, as a customer...you should all know that e have to compensate for gas, shipping/packaging supplies, and unfortuenately - our time. We also pay fees to list these items, and when its all said and we are required to pay a small fee - depending on how much the items sell for. So, PLEASE be aware...that if you have a concern about the shipping costs - the cost includes all of these factors! I try to be as fair as possible, as stated above - will try to save you money by combining shipping costs. At times..we have to consider what exactly has been purchased - as for glass, liquids, and fragiles do require extra postage due to special packaging...which may weigh a tad bit more. When listing these items and their shipping costs, this is a base factor.
Return policy
I will work with customers as much as possible! I ALWAYS list every item as accurately as possible, but im human & may miss something. With most my items, they are new - Unless otherwise state!..so anything inside a package can not be as closely inspected - But I try hard to do my best to make sure they are in excellent/best condition possible! Again, some things are beyond my control - so YES, I will work with you if something is wrong.. if you allow that to happen, but if you do not let me know - I cant fix a problem! I do ask that you contact me within 7 days to resolve the issue. If something is returned and not exchanged...you will be refunded the sale price minus shipping charges.

I do ask that if you have ANY questions regarding any auctions... you PLEASE contact me BEFORE placing a bid! A bid is a contract, however sometimes an exception is possible...but rarely. So PLEASE - Just ask! I do respond ASAP!
FEEDBACK
I can not believe the amount of negative feedback I see these days! I do ABSOLUTELY try my hardest NOT to leave, or receive it! If i'm not happy with something, I do everything within my control to work with the buyer/seller to make things right. Negative feedback is never a good thing..so I try to avoid receiving it as much as I try to avoid leaving it! I ask that my sellers & buyers do the same!
