Seller does not care about their buyers. I purchased an antique clock movement and it was in perfect condition in the listing pictures. But when I received the item the antique movement had been damaged just so it would fit in a smaller box. All so the seller would pay less shipping charges. This seller has no concern for the item after it has left their ownership. Which is an insult to the buyer. Don’t trust this seller, the item you see is not necessarily the item you get. Buyer beware.

Negative is undeserved, untrue and a series of bold-faced lies. There was NO DAMAGE TO ITEM. Striker arm was slightly bent and is meant to be bent to hit gong properly. A bent arm is NOT damage to anyone with an ounce of knowledge of clocks. Item posted was the exact item he received. I overpack every shipment, never skimp on supplies or postage and ship promptly, as you can see from my perfect feedback. Complete refund was offered to Buyer and was refused.
