(gotta include my baby's favs.) Genuine Or Artificial Sea/Beach Glass??
The easiest way for me to explain is to have you hold the glass up to a light source. In most genuine pieces, you should see small curved or C shaped engravings in the glass. These shapes range in size & depth from visible to microscopic. They are sporadic & uneven, making each piece unique. The frost is formed over many years, creating a pitted look, by being naturally flaked and eroded away, and is unique to only genuine pieces. Many of them also display faint sparkles, and some have a brighter, more glowy appearance. It depends on beach conditions-rocky or sandy, rough surf, pH levels, and age/type of glass, as to how they turn out. The frost on artificial sea glass has an over-all even muted/dull/matte/sheer/satin appearance, (as in frosted glass beads for example). There may be resemblances, but the over-all matte finish and lack of pits & curved C shapes are key in determining the difference.
Business InformationHistory/background
I specialized in floral design for over 10 years, owning and operating a shop for several of those years. I then decided my true calling was to be a mom, and sold the shop to raise our lovely little girl. Now my job is Mom/Beach Adventurer/Jewelry Maker/eBay Seller...love it! I'm self-taught in all that I do, and was raised with the belief that handmade is best!
Payment policy
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. If you need more time to pay, please let me know. I am willing to work with anyone, but if I don't hear from you within 3 days, I will assume you are a non-paying bidder. I believe communication is key in keeping ebay a pleasant experience for both buyers and sellers.
Shipping information
Shipping is usually within 24hrs. of cleared payment (except Sundays & Holidays.) I appreciate getting my things fast, so I do the same for others. When you get your item(s), please leave feedback so I know you got it okay, and I'll also leave feedback for you. If there happens to be a problem, please let me know! We'll work it out. I ship to the U.S.A. only, but occasionally do make exceptions after inspection of your feedback and agreement to shipping terms. Insurance is recommended, but is your option and extra. I usually ship via USPS. Delivery Confirmation is always included. Everything is beautifully and safely packed for shipping to the best of my ability.

Cleaning/Oiling
Cleaning Your Glass...dirt, oil, etc. can collect in the pitted surface of your sea/beach glass and change it's appearance. I just use a mild soap and water (Dawn liquid and a soft toothbrush work great). Clean, rinse, towel & let air dry. This will restore the frosty look. Also, jewelry cleaner will not harm the glass. If you like the wet or glowy look, you can very lightly oil your glass (scented oils are nice, but any kind will do). For pendants, you only need a tiny bit rubbed on the front. Again, soap and water will remove this and restore the frosted look. Oiling is something fun & different, and they really glow in the sunlight this way! Another tip, storing your jewelry in ziplocks, helps with keeping it tarnish free. Make sure it is completely dry before storing.
