I strongly prefer PayPal.
Shipping information
I usually ship the same day as payment is confirmed. If that is somehow impossible, then I ship the very next day.
Return policy
I am definitely willing to refund purchase price for a returned item. However I would appreciate an email explanation before the item is returned. And I would hope that somehow I could correct the problem and leave the customer happy with the item.
