A little more about me
I am 37 and have been married for 17 years to a great German guy. He was in the German Navy and I was in the USAF when we met. I have two girls. I am very proud of both of them. My youngest is legally deaf. We have been learning sign language with her since she was first diagnosed at three. We learn every single day with her. I am better at using the signs than I am at understanding them. It takes me a while sometimes to put it all together. It's weird 'cause it is the other way around with German for me. I can understand it much better than I can speak it.
