Bela's Boutique is based out of Sandy Creek, NY. We have been in business since 2005. I have about 10 years retail management experience along with my education which I currently have an associates in Computer Information Systems, Business administration and a bachlors in Human Resource Management. I started up my ebay business to be able to stay home with my daughter and because we are a military family this gives me the opportunity to take my business with me no matter where we may end up!

We currently only take paypal. I do accept money orders on occassion under special circumstances. Feedback is considered when allowing this request.

Domestically we ship usually 1st Class and Priority but will ship parcel post. Internationally we ship 1st Class and Priority. Our shipping policies vary depending on the country. We have a whole page dedicated to International shipping.

At this time we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our product, I can not accept them because I could not in good faith resell items that had been out of my hands. When I sell an item, it is brand new and comes from a very reputible supplier. But once an item has been sold and sent to a customer I no longer have control over what happens to that item, for this reason we do not accept items back unless we have seriously misrepresented the item. We check all items when we receive them in from our supplier and again before we ship them out to the customer. I would rather cancell an order and refund your money than send you an inferior product.
