Collecting antiques, restoring old family photos dating back to great, great, grandparents so far. Long walks and going to the gym. Eating in fine restuarants. Try to get up to DC minimum four times a year to shop. Love Georgetown and Cape Cod in the summer. Georgetown for shopping and CapeCod for being there.

Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Gone with the Wind.Love old comedies from the 30s to the 60s. The Day After and anything with Cary Grant and Doris Day. I am only in my mid 30s but love old movies more than recent ones.

Big Band, Classical, Jazz, Top 40, some Hip Hop, Old Rock and Roll and love modern day country. Cher, Madonna, Dolly Parton, Keith Toby, Kenny Chezney, U-2, I am not sure I have a favorite there are all kinds of music in my library of music.

Oz, Huff, Rome, Desperate Housewives, Designers Challenge Landscapers Challenge, Redesign, What u get for the Money, Homes across America, If Walls Could Talk, Dream Drives, L.A.Law Criminal Intent, and Cops.

In looking at life now that I am older, I've learned there are a lot of different types of people. Growing up in private schools, and attending private colleges, a person is sheltered a lot from the real world. It's so rewarding to get out and meet different people. People with different ideas about life, most importantly people who want to live and not die. Look forward to every level of life, all of the chapters that make of our individual books called life. Some books are interesting, some are very boring, it's sad at a person's death to have lived a book that's boring. For me it would be great to meet some of my customers, all of us go out to lunch or dinner and enjoy the entire day together. In selling the types of merchandise that I sell, tells me what my customers and I have in common. I am a romantic at heart, and I do believe there's good in everyone or at one time there was, everyone out there is someone's child,father,mother,sister,brother,etc. Always remember!!!!

My background is somewhat boring and fun, it was quite sheltered as a child. I think every child should grow-up sheltered and allowed the freedom to be a child. You can imagine what a shock the real world was to me, or surprise. There are still things that happen in life that leave me at a loss for words. Life is hard at times, but quite easy in the entire scheme of things. In the past few years I have invested money that my grandfather left me in real-estate. I bought old properties and renovated them,a lot of the work I did myself. Friends still laugh at me for doing the work myself, being I didn't know how to use a hammer when I first started. I love to see old things brought back to life, houses, gardens etc. It's rewarding to see someone happy, full of life and want to live even though life sometimes can hit you right in the face. I am going to live to be 100 years old, I just know I am, there isn't time for me to die. The Lord is taking care of me,and always will.

Shipping,please read entire description: Shipping is done no later than five business days, unless an item is on back order, or there is just a huge back log of items to get out at once. Anytime someone's item might be later than five business days being shipped. THe customer will be notified as soon as possible. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling.

There is a return policy, we do accept returns on all items we sale. New mdse. needs to appear unopened,example: Jim Shore, all of Jim Shore items are mailed in a licensed box and the original box cannot be damaged. If there's any damage due to customer, there will be no refund. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items at customer's choice. Vintage items are also returnable, as long as they're in the exact condition once shipped. IF there's a return and the item is damaged in transit there's no refund.

Insurance: insurance is included on a lot of mdse. however there are times when the insurance isn't included. WHen this does happen it's the customer's responsibility to be certain there's insurance and to purchase. Without insurance there is a no refund policy.
