The item was sent with all parts included. I did have to find a driver off the internet that worked with my MAC on my own. But to be fair, the box said that software must be downloaded… It was 10 years old so I had to use another old computer to get the download. Apple security software on MAC Safari and Chrome blocked download from Avid.. So I used the old operating system Lion to download without security limitations. Once plugged in with the right driver, ProTools 10 started working! 👍
