This part is not as described. No rack n=mounting holes and no carry handle. Both of these are clearly listed in the description.
Notified seller that I received the wrong part, he replied quick for a photo. He said the part was correct. He apologized for not getting what I expected and asked what I wanted to do. It will work for something as it is nylon and has many pockets to use somewhere. I told him I would keep it and search for another as it was less than $23. He refunded 1/2 the price 👍
