I ship with the us postal service on tuesday mornings. All my packages are shipped with tracking #s and delivery confirmation.

I take returns for mistakes in my listings only not for buyers remorse, for that i recommend an advil. i also only accept returns in a seven day window... you wouldnt believe how long some people wait to decide they dont want their new bag.. maybe until after a few weeks of wearing it. all measurements are approximate. gently used means it may show some signs of wear. please see the description meanings section below..

new- it has not been used/ very gently used- it has been used but shows no noticable wear/ gently used- it may show some signs of wear, or dirt./ used- shows wear or dirt/minor damage
