You have an open box where just a laptop was visible, I suspected from the beginning that the laptop was damaged, I asked you to send additional pictures, but I refused. You knew that the laptop was damaged and lied to me!!! I have sent you all the evidence showing that the laptop is in a repaired condition and not an open box, even in the picture you posted it shows that the screen is bent. You are a liar, a fraud. I do not recommend anyone to communicate with this seller
