Received FAKE AirPods. Should be reported to FBI and Apple. This seller is cheating buyers selling FAKE AirPods. Apple Support confirmed the product to be FAKE. Seller offered to return $75 that we refused and returned the product as-is. Now seller is refusing to refund saying we didn’t return the paperwork First fake product and then lying to say we returned the product dirty and without paper work? What’s a warranty for fake product? E-bay should ban this seller.

This item is a legitimate Apple product. It has been verified by the Apple website and meets all criteria for authenticity. It still has an active warranty. None the less, I approved this return and even instructed the buyer on how to do it step by step. The item arrived missing vital paperwork and warranty card and had gross ear wax on one pod. I never refused to refund. I phoned eBay and they said they would handle it. They issued a full refund. My 24 year long eBay reputation is impeccable.
