Absolutely the worst customer service service I have ever experienced on Ebay. I requested to cancel my order within a few hours of the purchase after I realized I purchased the wrong part. I sent over 10 emails trying to get in touch with this seller. I finally located a phone number and called them before they shipped the item as all they said was they could not help me and that they will ship the item. Once they have your money they are done with the customer.

Thank you... Yes eBay customer service is horrible. And you did contact us to cancel your order "AFTER" your order was shipped. You paid for your order after hours and thus when we opened the following business day. We shipped your order. Your Welcome! Not our fault ebay customer service is horrible and you did not cancel your order prior to shipment. Once shipped and in possession of the carrier we can not retrieve your order. Your so very welcome for the most awesome reviews!!! :)

What you state is simply not the truth. . I emailed and messaged you multiple times and even spoke with you personally BEFORE you shipped my order. You made excuses and said I cannot do anything about cancelling your order. If I need to prove my statement and if you continue to be dis-honest I will upload screen shots of our conversation with time and date as well as the date you shipped my item. Ebay now allows photos in the feedback.. What I said is the truth and you kinow it.
